{"id":15,"date":"2015-05-18T03:04:29","date_gmt":"2015-05-18T03:04:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/margaretparkmd.com\/?page_id=15"},"modified":"2025-07-25T15:46:52","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T15:46:52","slug":"welcome","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/margaretparkmd.com\/index.php\/welcome\/","title":{"rendered":"Patient Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our mission is to provide you with the most comprehensive and customized care for your sleep and wake needs.<\/p>\n<p>During your initial visit, we will review your symptoms and your current sleep habits along with your medical history, current medications, and a physical exam. \u00a0Depending on your symptoms, we will discuss your differential diagnoses, the pathophysiology as it relates to your potential sleep issues, and discuss a customized sleep evaluation and treatment for you. \u00a0If you have any prior sleep studies or test results, we will review these together.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>INITIAL VISIT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>To schedule an appointment, please call us or submit a request via the <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"http:\/\/33172.portal.athenahealth.com\">patient portal<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. \u00a0During scheduling, please be prepared to provide your full name, contact information, and insurance information. \u00a0If you\u00a0prefer to pay out-of-pocket, please indicate this at the time of the call.<\/p>\n<p>Before scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to fill out some forms which will be required to complete before a day and time is chosen for your visit.<\/p>\n<p>During the appointment, be prepared to talk about yourself! \u00a0The entire visit from start-to-finish will be face-to-face time with me, your sleep physician.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>FOLLOW-UP VISITS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We believe that regular and continued follow-up visits are necessary to maintain your sleep health! \u00a0At each visit, we will continue to reevaluate your sleep health to ensure continued stability and optimization, review test results, and decide on management strategies together.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>SLEEP STUDIES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We provide home sleep testing\u00a0 as well as facility based sleep testing at our office.
